Lessons take place in our arena where we have a large variety of props to use including big orange traffic cones, upright light gauge plastic poles, hula hoops, foam letters hung from the wall, barrels, and horizontal poles on raised rests.

The benefits of these lessons include:

  • Eye hand coordination work
  • Limb strengthening
  • Spinal mobility
  • Concentration and focusing skill work
  • Memory and sequential learning exercises
  • Self-esteem building
  • Confidence
  • Enjoyment
