Groundwork sessions are unstructured, and so are experiential in nature. They often take on a life of their own as they progress, revealing the clients’ inner-most needs.

Clients with personal life challenges and goals work with two or more horses in our arena or one of our paddocks.

Our sessions are based on the belief that every client has the capacity to find their own solutions when given the opportunity, so we keep our sessions free-flowing and without an agenda to follow. Our clients explore their challenges and goals using the horses as a medium to bring about positive change. Challenges and goals treated with groundwork sessions include:

·      Confidence Building
·      Stress Reduction
·      Teamwork Skills
·      Leadership Skills
·      Focus Development

Equine Assisted Learning

Equine Assisted Learning sessions provide the opportunity to focus on personal growth and development. Working with our horses from the ground, we identify and work through personal life challenges and goals. We use the intuitive nature of horses to guide the process.

These sessions take place exclusively from the ground and will often involve multiple horses in either our arena or one of the paddocks.
